The truffle is a marvellous ingredient, but you have to use the right tools to enhance it like it deserves.
To get beautiful, even slices of fresh truffle, use a mandolin slicer. It allows you to adjust the thickness of the slices, from very to thicker, according to your recipe or preferences.
Whether made of olive wood or stainless steel, the mandolin slicer is an attractive kitchen accessory that, in addition to producing perfect truffle slices, will add a touch of elegance to your kitchen.
We have other kitchen accessories for truffle lovers: you’ll find elegant boxes made of ash wood and nice jute sacks, perfect for taking with you when you go hunting for fresh truffles.
Finally, we also sell key rings, cookbooks, and ceramic truffles: check out all of our accessories and spice up your everyday life with a little touch of truffle!
